SURVEY OF PAKISTAN Pakistan Rawalpindi from Pakistani Nationals


 IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 

 

1. Candidates against the vacancies (BS-07 to 15) will apply online on Survey of Pakistan (SoP) website www.sop.gov.pk OR www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk

2. Candidates against the vacancies of Driver (BS-04) will apply through the prescribed proforma which is also available on above mentioned websites of Survey of Pakistan. 

3. Candidates will be called for Screening (Written) / Skill (Practical) test specified cities i.e. Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Lahore, Quetta & Karachi.

 4. Candidates must specify exam centre in their application form. 

5. An object type screening test for BS 7-15 will be held out of Islamic Studies, Pakistan Studies, English, General Knowledge and Subject relevant to post. Lower Division Clerk (BS-11) will also be having typing test. Driver (BS-04) will only be having skilled / practical test & interview. 

6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test interview. 

7. All above mentioned posts are for all Pakistan basis and selected candidates will have to serve anywhere in Pakistan as and when required by the department. 

8. Non-Muslim must provide their declaration on oath at the time of interview. 

9. Disabled quota is reserved for those who are registered with District Rehabilitation Organization OR District Council of Health. 

10. Govt. Servants including SoP staff must apply online and forward their NOC through department.

 11. Relaxation in Upper Age Limit will be given as per Govt. Policy. 

12. Age of Candidates will be calculated with effect from closing date of receipt of applications i.e. 16th September, 2024. 

13. Candidates who possess awareness about Computer Hardware and Software in addition to prescribed qualification of the post shall be considered as extra qualification. 

14. Candidates will have to produce following documents in original and attested photocopies at the time of interview. 

        a. 3 x Latest passport size photographs. 

        b. Attested photocopy of educational qualification. 

        c. Attested copy of CNIC and domicile duly verified from concerned district authority. 

        d. Experience Certificates (if any). 

        e. Attested copy of discharge certificate DASB (in case of Driver Ex-Army) / svc cert / NOC from             concerned office (for serving candidates in SoP / other Govt. department). 

        f. Declaration on oath from Non-Muslim candidate duly verified from Magistrate Grade-I. 

        g. Disability certificate showing nature of disability issued by District Rehabilitation Organization             OR District Council of Health. 

        h. Driving License (Only those candidates who will apply for the post of Driver)

12. Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any / all applications without indicating any reason. 

13. All communication will be made through the valid active contact number (mobile number). Call list for test / interview will be placed on SoP official website i.e www.sop.gov.pk OR www.surveyofpakistan.gov.pk. Candidates are required to keep visiting the website. 

14. Applications found with wrong credentials / false information will be rejected at any stage of recruitment process. 

15. Last date for online submission of applications is 16th September, 2024

16. Applications against the posts of Driver (BS-04) are required to be sent to the undersigned, on prescribed proforma, on or before the closing date.  

17. Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained. 

18. No TA / DA will be paid for appearing in Test / Interview. 

Note:- 

1. Selected candidates against the post of Assistant (BS-15) & Lower Division Clerk (BS-11) will be required to qualify mandatory 6 & 3 weeks respectively Basic IT Training Course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB, before completion of probation period. 

2. Selected candidates against the posts of Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15), Technical Assistant (Reproduction) (BS-15) & Technician (BPS-7) will undergo mandatory training of Survey Disciplines. On completion of Training, Technical Assistant (Various Trades) (BS-15) & Technician (BPS-7) will be allotted specific trades, as per their subjects, performance (during training) and requirement.
